Now available in StoreFeeder Insights: Saved Filters and Scheduled Reports
September 10, 2026
We are very pleased to announce that two new reporting features are now available, free of charge (subject to usage), in StoreFeeder Insights: Saved Filters and Scheduled Reports.
Both features were announced at StoreFeeder Sessions 2026 and have since been tested and refined through our Early Access Programme. They are designed to make reports easier to reuse, automate and share across your operation.
Saved Filters
Saved Filters allow you to save a report configuration and apply it again without rebuilding the same view each time.
A saved filter can include:
- Date ranges
- Search terms
- Column selections
- Sort order
Once saved, the complete configuration can be reapplied with a single click.
Filters can be kept private for your own use or made public for other users on your StoreFeeder account. Public filters can help teams work more consistently by ensuring everyone uses the same report view.
Public saved filters are visible to everyone on the account, but only their creator or an account administrator can modify them.
Scheduled Reports
Scheduled Reports allow reports to run automatically and be delivered directly to one or more email addresses.
Reports can be scheduled to run daily, on weekdays, weekly, monthly or according to a custom schedule.
This could be used for daily warehouse performance information, weekly stock reviews or regular sales reports, removing the need for someone to produce and distribute the same information manually.
Every StoreFeeder account includes up to 100 scheduled report runs per month as standard. Higher limits are available with StoreFeeder Insights Pro.
- Before creating a schedule, the Preview option displays the first 20 rows so you can check that the report and its filters are correct.
- Reports containing 1,000 rows or fewer are attached to the email as a CSV file. Larger reports include a download link that remains valid for 12 hours.
- Each schedule also has a run history showing when it ran and how many rows were returned. Download links within the run history can be extended if required.
- Schedules store their own filter configuration, so deleting the original saved filter will not affect a schedule created from it. All schedules use the timezone configured on your StoreFeeder account.
Managing your reports
Any user can view schedules and create their own, but only the schedule's creator or an account administrator can edit or delete it.
Making reporting simpler
Together, Saved Filters and Scheduled Reports reduce the time spent recreating, producing and distributing operational information.
Saved Filters make important report views easier to reuse, while Scheduled Reports ensure that the right information reaches the right people automatically.
For many StoreFeeder customers, the standard allowance of 100 scheduled report runs per month will provide all the reporting automation they need.
Businesses with more advanced requirements can upgrade to StoreFeeder Insights Pro for £195 + VAT per month, in addition to their existing StoreFeeder subscription.
Insights Pro provides increased scheduled reporting capacity alongside access to enhanced reporting and data capabilities.
