Brian and the team at StoreFeeder have changed my way of thinking and have taken my business from a small online business working from a small shop to the biggest seller in my field, with a purpose-built warehouse and an operation using a high-spec WMS and PDAs that enabled us to be despatching more than 1,500 items a day.
Every order follows the same path, whichever channel it came from and whichever courier takes it away.
Orders from Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce and the rest of your channels download into StoreFeeder automatically, so your team works from one queue instead of logging in to each marketplace.

Every sale, return and goods-in updates available stock in StoreFeeder and on every channel you sell on, so you stop overselling and stop updating stock by hand.

Pickers follow the handheld to each location and scan to confirm every item, on PDAs or Android and iOS phones. StoreFeeder customers average 99.95% picking accuracy.

Shipping rules choose the courier and service for each order and the label prints when the order is scanned at despatch, whether it's Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL or Amazon Shipping.

StoreFeeder doesn't store, pick or ship goods for you. It's the system your own team (or your 3PL) uses to run the warehouse: receiving stock, putting it away, picking, packing and despatching orders, and keeping every sales channel up to date.
StoreFeeder's founder spent more than a decade as IT manager for a fulfilment company and couldn't find fairly priced software that did the whole job, so he built it. Our operations manager ran a fulfilment centre for over twenty years, and the way StoreFeeder picks and validates orders comes straight from that warehouse floor.
StoreFeeder has been part of Royal Mail Group since 2015, and we built and run Royal Mail Click & Drop. Our team is based in Nottingham and support is UK-based, in your time zone.

Yes. There's a free 14-day trial with no card required. Sign up through the trial form and we'll set up your account. You can also book a demo and we'll show StoreFeeder running with your channels and couriers.
Going live typically takes 6–12 weeks from signing, with a named implementation specialist guiding you through each stage. Connecting an existing store takes under 30 minutes. See how implementation works.
Plans start from £350 a month ex VAT on rolling 30-day terms. The price is based on your annual turnover (including VAT), averaged over six or twelve months, so a single busy month won't automatically raise your bill. Most integrations are included; some carrier integrations carry an extra charge. Turnover over £30m is priced individually. See pricing for your band.
