Introducing StoreFeeder Insights Pro
August 26, 2026
Every business using StoreFeeder generates valuable operational data. Orders, stock movements, pickwaves, products, listings and marketplace sales all tell you something about how your operation is performing.
The challenge is getting to the right information quickly enough to make better decisions.
That was one of the biggest themes at StoreFeeder Sessions 2026, where we demonstrated new reporting, dashboard and AI capabilities designed to give customers greater visibility over their operations.
For businesses that want to take that reporting further, we have introduced StoreFeeder Insights Pro.
Insights Pro is an optional advanced reporting and data package available for £195 + VAT per month, in addition to your existing StoreFeeder monthly subscription.
Some functionality within the wider Insights Pro roadmap is already live, while other features are in Early Access or being prepared for release. You can view our regularly updated feature availability timeline to see the latest status of each feature.
First, what do you already get with StoreFeeder?
We have not taken everyday reporting tools and moved them behind an upgrade.
Every StoreFeeder account will include fixed dashboards, standard Power BI dashboards, D.A.V.E Daily Briefing, up to 100 scheduled reports each month and standard API report access.
For many businesses, that will provide exactly the visibility they need.
Insights Pro is for customers who want to analyse their data in more detail and in ways specific to their operation.
What is StoreFeeder Insights Pro?
Insights Pro adds another layer of flexibility for businesses that want more tailored reporting and greater use of automation and AI.
The package brings together four main areas:
- Access to the StoreFeeder Reporting Database
- Custom dashboards and Power BI reporting
- Deeper AI questions and ad hoc analysis
- Higher-volume scheduled reports and API reporting
In simple terms, it gives you more freedom to analyse StoreFeeder data in the way that makes sense for your business.
1. Direct access to your Reporting Database
One of the biggest additions within Insights Pro is access to the StoreFeeder Reporting Database.
StoreFeeder provides a separate database designed specifically for reporting, rather than running complex queries against the systems processing your live warehouse activity.
It stays closely aligned with StoreFeeder data while allowing analysis without affecting day-to-day operational performance.
Businesses can connect tools such as Power BI directly to their StoreFeeder data and analyse stock value, sales by channel, ageing inventory, product performance, warehouse productivity or marketplace trends.
Instead of asking whether StoreFeeder already has the exact report you need, you can start with the question your business wants answered.
2. Dashboards built around your operation
No two ecommerce operations are exactly the same.
One business may focus on warehouse productivity and courier cut-offs, while another wants to understand stock ageing or manage several brands, marketplaces or warehouses.
That is why a single dashboard will never suit every business.
StoreFeeder provides standard dashboards for common reporting requirements, while Insights Pro allows customers to go further with custom dashboards built around their own priorities.
You might create a management dashboard combining sales, top-performing SKUs and stock levels, or a warehouse dashboard focused on pickwave progress and despatch performance.
The aim is to make the data fit your operation, rather than forcing your operation to fit a predefined report.
3. Ask your data questions using AI
Traditionally, reporting starts with finding the right report, choosing fields, adding filters and exporting the results before analysis begins.
StoreFeeder's AI reporting technology is designed to change that, allowing users to describe what they want to see in plain English and have the system help construct the analysis or dashboard.
At StoreFeeder Sessions, for example, we demonstrated how a request for sales broken down by channel and country could be turned into a dashboard before asking the system to add the top ten SKUs.
The starting point changes from:
"Which report do I need?"
to:
"What do I want to know?"
Insights Pro also forms part of our work around deeper connectivity between StoreFeeder reporting data and approved AI assistants. The aim is to allow secure questions such as:
- "Which products have sold strongly over the last 30 days but are now at risk of running out?"
- "Where is most of our cash tied up in slow-moving stock?"
The value is not simply having access to AI. It is giving AI secure access to meaningful operational data so it can help answer useful business questions.
These capabilities are being rolled out in stages, so customers should refer to the Insights Pro feature timeline for the latest availability.
4. More scheduled reporting and API capacity
StoreFeeder already includes up to 100 scheduled reports per month as standard. Insights Pro provides increased capacity for businesses with more demanding reporting requirements.
That could include daily warehouse performance, weekly stock analysis or regular marketplace reports without someone producing the same information manually each time.
Standard API report access also remains available within StoreFeeder, while Insights Pro provides higher-volume capability for businesses that need to extract and use more data within their own systems.
Is Insights Pro right for you?
Not every StoreFeeder customer will need Insights Pro, which is why our standard reporting features remain part of the core StoreFeeder platform.
Insights Pro is likely to be useful if you regularly export StoreFeeder data, use Power BI or other business intelligence tools, manage multiple warehouses or channels, need customised dashboards, require more scheduled reports or want deeper access to your operational data.
It is also aimed at businesses exploring how AI can help them understand and act on that information.
As an ecommerce operation grows, the questions being asked of its data become more complex too.
Insights Pro is designed for that next stage.
How much does Insights Pro cost?
StoreFeeder Insights Pro costs £195 + VAT per month.
Importantly, this is an optional upgrade and is charged in addition to your existing StoreFeeder monthly subscription.
Your normal StoreFeeder subscription continues to provide the platform and standard reporting capabilities, while the additional £195 per month unlocks the enhanced Insights Pro functionality.
That includes Reporting Database access, custom dashboards and advanced Power BI reporting, deeper AI questions and ad hoc analysis, and increased scheduled reporting and API capability.
Availability varies by feature, so we recommend checking the Insights Pro feature timeline for the latest rollout information.
Your data should help you decide what happens next
StoreFeeder has always generated a huge amount of useful operational information.
Insights Pro is about making more of that information accessible, flexible and actionable. It gives businesses greater freedom to build reporting around the way they operate, connect the tools they already use, automate information they repeatedly need and ask deeper questions of their data.
Because your StoreFeeder data should not simply tell you what happened yesterday.
It should help you decide what to do next.
