StoreFeeder Sessions 2026 - Customer Feedback in Action

The feedback from the StoreFeeder Sessions, and the conversations that followed, made one thing really clear: the day was a huge success.

It was brilliant to see all the planning, preparation, and long days pay off. More importantly, it was great to have proper conversations with customers about what they need from StoreFeeder and where we can make things better.

During the Q&A, we were asked whether StoreFeeder could support image drag and drop, along with .webp files.

Honestly, it felt like something that should already have been in the system.

It was a simple, practical piece of feedback, but exactly the kind of improvement that can make day-to-day work easier for our customers. Uploading product images should be quick, flexible, and straightforward.

We have always considered ourselves a customer-driven development house, so the team acted quickly and just 48 hours later, image drag and drop functionality, along with .webp file support, was live in StoreFeeder.

That is why I love this company.
