We've introduced a PIN login option for the App to make logging in quicker and more convenient throughout the day.
How it Works:
- After a user logs into the app with their username and password, they’ll be given the option to set a PIN of at least 4 digits

- If the user selects “No”, they will continue to need using their username and password when logging in through the day.
- If the user selects “Yes”, they will be asked to set a PIN.

- Once set, the user can use the PIN to log in on that device for the next 12 hours, instead of entering their full credentials each time.

- The PIN is linked to both the user and the device, but only one PIN per device is allowed at a time.
- If a different user logs into the same device and sets their own PIN, the original users pin will be deleted.
- That means the original user’s PIN will no longer work until they log in again and reset it.
- If the original user switches device, they will need to set a new PIN on that device.
