Following the release of the new Orders page, we’ve been closely monitoring your feedback and working to get improvements out as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make this the best possible experience, and to make the new page the place you want to be working every day.
What’s new
Improved row highlighting
Pending stock and unrecognised orders are now easier to spot. We’ve added a coloured swatch at the start of each row to visually tie it to its status, along with row highlighting on hover for quicker scanning.
Hold / Unhold orders from the detail page
You can now place orders on hold (and release them) directly from the order detail page, no need to override statuses. This is just the first step, with more improvements coming based on your feedback.
Identity verification for support
When contacting support, your identity is now verified via your user icon—so there’s no need to switch back to V2.

- Postcode search for customers
- Enhanced item hover on the grid (bringing it in line with V2)
- Select all pages on the orders grid
- Alignment of order merge criteria with V2
- Notes column on the grid + hover preview on the detail page
- Ability to add an order reference to phone orders
