Welcome to the latest Release Updates post.

An absolute scorcher of a month has just past and I'm not just talking about the updates to StoreFeeder, I've had to invest in several fans and a freezer load of ice lollies to keep myself cool as of late, I must admit I'm happy to see the back end of that heatwave now! Our development team have had many late nights this past month, whether that's putting an extra bit of graft in to bring you the best new features we can or perhaps just to catch some of the World Cup's ludicrous kick-off times, caffeine has certainly been in demand at StoreFeeder Towers.

As per usual, our developers have been working hard to bring you an exciting update this month. There has been a lot of work in the background (which you can read about here) but there have been some great updates and new features released this past month, the highlights of which are below:

Requisitions and Supplier Stock

We've upgraded our marvellous Requisitions feature to now take into account supplier stock levels before suggesting a purchase order. This setting will be switched on by default but it's entirely optional and can be turned on per supplier by clicking the toggle for "Accepts Back Orders" found on the "View Supplier" page as shown below:

A straightforward but very helpful feature; whilst switched off, we won't raise a requestion for this supplier if they don't have any available stock for the item in question. Whilst on, requisitons will be raised like they were prior to this features release and consider the supplier to always have stock available.

More Filters on the Picking Page

A couple of really useful filters have been added to the Picking page, more specifically they have been added to the Open Pickwaves and Completed Pickwaves grids.

Trolley - Shows which trolley is associated with the pickwave for more efficient packing preparation.

Order Flags - Shows all order flags found on the pickwave which can help identify priority, prime and attention required orders with ease.

I think there's a lot of users that will benefit from having these filters available; you can add them to your grid by clicking the tools icon found in the top left of the Pickwaves grids as shown below:

OnBuy £0 Listing Import

A small but very meaningful update of OnBuy. Previously, simply due to a limitation within the API, we were unable to import listings from OnBuy that had a value of £0. This made things such as free add on products and the like, quite difficult to manage within StoreFeeder, they would always come down as unrecognised products with no easy way of mapping them to fix it.

This will no longer be the case from now on, we're able to bring them in so you should no longer experience this issue. If you have had this issue before, you should now see the £0 value listings come in and finally be able to map them!

Finally….

There have been some great new features and fixes implemented in this last month's releases and we hope you find them useful in one way or another.

As always, we’ll keep working hard to provide you with the best service we can.

From all of us here at StoreFeeder, happy selling.
