Welcome to the latest Release Updates post.

I'm back at it again, bringing you some smashing new updates to StoreFeeder. This month we've had a fantastic blend of update; a new integration, quality of life updates and more ways to keep your business secure and fault free to name a few (specifically the ones I'll be talking about in this article that is).

As per usual, our developers have been working hard to bring you an exciting update this month. There has been a lot of work in the background (which you can read about here) but there have been some great updates and new features released this past month, the highlights of which are below:

ParcelForce Delete Consignments

Firstly, an update that will be music to our ParcelForce users ears no doubt; to bring our ParcelForce integration up to speed with most of our other couriers we've added support for deleting ParcelForce consignments directly through StoreFeeder, meaning you don't even need to leave our software in order to delete any mistakenly created labels/consingments with ParcelForce. You can then simply create a new one once you've done that, either with a new service or perhaps an entirely different courier, the choice is yours.

If you weren't aware of how to delete consignments through StoreFeeder, all you need to do is edit an order that already has a label generated for it and click on the 'Order Shipping' tab:

Once there, you can simply click the 'Delete Consignment' button and StoreFeeder will cancel the label directly with ParcelForce and reset the order back to 'Complete (Ready to Pick)' status or 'Assigned' if you want it to be put back onto a pickwave.

JD Group Mirakl Integration

Another excellent addition to our selection of marketplaces accessible through our Mirakl integration, JD Group! If it wasn't blindingly obvious, JD group own popular sports fashion brand JD Sports and are a fantastic option to explore if your product fits that market.

Setting up a JD Group integration is exactly the same as any other Mirakl integration, a guide to which can be found here.

Bulk Despatch User Permission

If you've been with us for a while now, you'll know that we've been really pushing to create a user permissions system that gives you as a business owner (or manager) full control over what other users can and can't do with StoreFeeder and thus limit potential mistakes or even prevent outright malpractice. Well as part of this we've got yet another permission to share with you and that's the option limit whether a user can use any of our bulk despatch tools, which includes:

  • The Despatch All function on the Picking page.
  • Pickwave ID despatch on the Despatch Order / Pickwave page
  • The Despatch Orders bulk action on the Manage Orders grid.

If you want to manage your user permissions and don't know where to get started, check out this guide here.

Finally….

There have been some great new features and fixes implemented in this last month's releases and we hope you find them useful in one way or another.

As always we’ll keep working hard to provide you with the best service we can.

From all of us here at StoreFeeder, happy selling.
