When will the new StoreFeeder features announced at Sessions be available?

At StoreFeeder Sessions 2026, we announced a range of new features and updates designed to help StoreFeeder users work faster, access better reporting, automate more processes, and make smarter operational decisions.
Some of these features are already live, some are ready for Early Access Programme (EAP) customers, and others will be arriving over the coming weeks and months.
Here is a clear breakdown of what we discussed, when you can expect access, and whether each feature is included as standard or requires an additional upgrade package.
Features Available Now
Several of the updates announced at Sessions are already live and available to customers.
1. Pickwaves via REST API
- Pickwave data is also now available through the REST API, allowing businesses to build more advanced integrations around warehouse and fulfilment processes.
- Availability: Live

2. Webhooks
- Webhooks are now live for Amazon and TikTok, allowing StoreFeeder to push key updates to connected systems more efficiently. Support for Shopify is coming soon, with additional channels to follow after that.

3. Reports via REST API
- Reports can now be accessed via the StoreFeeder REST API, giving businesses more flexibility when connecting StoreFeeder data to external tools, systems, and workflows.

4. Access to the Reporting Database
- Customers can now access the reporting database, providing more direct access to reporting data for deeper analysis and custom reporting workflows.

Features Ready for Early Access (EAP)
A number of features are now EAP ready. This means they are available to customers taking part in the Early Access Programme, ahead of wider rollout.
1. Scheduled Pickwaves
- Scheduled Pickwaves are now EAP ready, helping teams automate pickwave creation and better plan warehouse activity.
- Availability: EAP ready

2. App Scan Despatch
- App Scan Despatch is EAP ready and will be included as part of the standard StoreFeeder package.
- Availability: EAP ready

3. Scheduled Reports
- Scheduled Reports are also EAP ready. Customers will receive 100 scheduled reports per month included as standard. If you need more than this, additional capacity will require an upgrade to Insights Pro.

4. AI Listings
- AI Listings are now EAP ready, giving customers early access to AI-powered tools designed to help speed up and improve the listings process.

Some of the updates announced at Sessions are currently in development and will be available for Early Access soon.
1. Enhanced Scan Despatch
- Enhanced Scan Despatch is expected to enter EAP within the next one to two months. This will build on the existing despatch workflow and provide an improved scanning experience.
- Availability: EAP expected in 1 to 2 months

2. D.A.V.E Daily Briefing (MCP)
- The D.A.V.E Daily Briefing is expected to enter EAP within the next one to two months. This feature will provide useful daily updates and insights to help teams stay informed and focused. You will need and LLM provider such as Claude or Chat GPT to use this.
- Availability: EAP expected in 1 to 2 months
- Package: Included
3. Standard Dashboards
- Standard dashboards are expected to be available through EAP within the next two to six weeks. These dashboards will give customers easier access to useful reporting views without needing fully custom dashboard setup.

4. Reporting DB access with enhanced StoreFeeder MCP
- Enhanced MCP, is nearly EAP ready. This feature is designed to provide more intelligent assistance and enhanced operational support. You will need and LLM provider such as Claude or Chat GPT to use this.
- Availability: EAP expected in 1 month
- Package: Requires the Insights Pro upgrade
5. Custom Dashboards
- Custom dashboards are an opportunity to customise your dashboard page with data that matters to your business. You will need access to the reporting DB to use this.
- Availability: EAP expected in 1 to 2 months
- Package: Requires the Insights Pro upgrade

What This Means for StoreFeeder Customers
The updates announced at Sessions are focused on giving customers more automation, better reporting access, improved warehouse workflows, and smarter day-to-day support.
Many of the new features will be included as part of the standard StoreFeeder package, including Scheduled Pickwaves, App Scan Despatch, Enhanced Scan Despatch, D.A.V.E Daily Briefing, and non-custom dashboards.
For customers who need more advanced reporting access, API-based reporting, database access, or enhanced D.A.V.E functionality, these will be available through the Insights Pro upgrade.
What is the StoreFeeder EAP?
The StoreFeeder Early Access Programme (EAP) is limited to a maximum of 25 active customers at any one time.
This allows us to keep the programme focused, manageable, and valuable for both customers and our development team.
In return for early access, customers are expected to actively engage with the programme, review the features made available to them, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
This feedback does not always need to be detailed, but a response is expected, even if that response is simply “this is not relevant to me”.
Customers who are not selected immediately, or who apply after all spaces have been filled, will be able to join a waiting list and may be invited to take part when a space becomes available.
