1. Sub-processors
These providers process personal data that our customers (merchants) hold in StoreFeeder, on our instructions, to deliver the StoreFeeder service. They are the sub-processors referred to in clause 11.2(b) of our Customer Terms and Conditions. We give at least 14 days’ notice by email to each account’s Account Owner, and update this page, before adding or replacing one. To object, email dataprotection@storefeeder.com within the notice period.

AI assistants that a customer connects to StoreFeeder through our MCP connection, under the customer’s own account with the AI provider, are chosen by the customer and are not our sub-processors.
2. Other service providers
These providers help us run our own business, for example our website, marketing and customer relationship management. They process personal data for which StoreFeeder is the controller, such as the contact details of our customers and website visitors, as described in section 6.5 of our privacy policy. They are not sub-processors of our customers’ data.
