Welcome to the latest Release Updates post.

Find some shade and grab an ice cream; much like the weather we're experiencing right now the latest release notes are hot off the press! This last month has seen some fantastic work to StoreFeeder, whether that's bugs being squashed in the background, some incredible work being done on StoreFeeder V3 or the new features that you'll read about in the moment.

As per usual, our developers have been working hard to bring you an exciting update this month. There has been a lot of work in the background (which you can read about here) but there have been some great updates and new features released this past month, the highlights of which are below:

As for the features I was just talking about:

StoreFeeder Insights

I know I mentioned it in May's release notes but this last month marked the official release of StoreFeeder's Insights page, a powerful new reporting tool designed to give you, our users, greater control over business-critical data. It's all part of the upcoming StoreFeeder Version 3 which you can now access multiple pages of if you wanted to give them a go.

To quote our own Founder and Managing Director, Brian Williamson: "With StoreFeeder Insights, we’re giving you a smarter way to interact with your data. This launch marks a major step toward making reporting in StoreFeeder more intuitive, insightful, and tailored to the real-world needs of modern retailers. We’ve listened to multiple StoreFeeder users, and Insights reflects our commitment to continual innovation and user-centric design."

To access the insights page, simply look under the "Reports" tab at the top of StoreFeeder an click the "Insights" link.

Check out our video on using the Insights page below:

Microsoft 365 Email Security Support

Connecting your Microsoft 365 email account to your StoreFeeder account has been possible for a long time but as of late we've found ourselves needing to upgrade the way in which we connect to match Microsoft's latest security measures so that you, the users of StoreFeeder, can connect your email account to StoreFeeder without the need to lower any security in the connection.

So where previously you would receive a message alerting you to the fact that connecting your Microsoft account would be done so in a way that lowered the security this is now no longer the case, the connection is fully secure using OAuth for those that are curious.

This previously may have put some of our clients off integrating their email account into StoreFeeder so, if that was the case, then there's never been a better time to change that - you can find a guide on setting up your emails in StoreFeeder here.

Dashboard Graph Colour Schemes

To help make using StoreFeeder easier for our colourblind clients and those who simply might prefer a change of scenery, we've added an option to change the colour scheme of the sales graph that you see when visiting your StoreFeeder dashboard.

The next time you see the dashboard, you should notice a new dropdown has been added allowing you to select from a list of colour schemes: Classic, Modern, Neon, Cosmic, Retro, and Candy.

The chart colours are dynamically calculated to ensure a consistent appearance, regardless of the number of datasets included on the graph.

We're hoping that this will improve accessibility for users with colour vision deficiencies who can now choose schemes that offer higher contrast or distinct hues (my personal favourites for these are the Modern & Classic colour schemes).

Tesco Marketplace Order Import Speed

Lastly, we've found a way to help boost the speed of our Tesco Marketplace integration's order import. It took some moving things around due to the API limitations but we've got to a place where the order import for Tesco is now on par with our other integrations, meaning that you'll be far less likely to miss any sneaky orders that are placed towards the end of the day before the courier arrives!

We hope this comes as a welcome change to all of our Tesco Marketplace users. If you weren't aware that Tesco Marketplace was up and running again or that we had an integration for it, why not have a look here at setting one up if you find that Tesco might be a good place for your product range.

Finally….

There have been some great new features and fixes implemented in this last month's releases and we hope you find them useful in one way or another.

As always we’ll keep working hard to provide you with the best service we can.

From all of us here at StoreFeeder, happy selling.
