Every Business Has a Story - This Is Ours
September 23, 2025
We're excited to share our brand-new corporate video, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at who we are and what drives us. From the origins of our software to the values that shape everything we do, it's a story about innovation, passion, and people.
You'll also get a glimpse of what's next as we continue to grow and evolve, watch now and see the journey for yourself.
At StoreFeeder, we believe every business has a story. Ours began in Nottingham, in the middle of a busy 3PL warehouse
Back then, we noticed something important: there was no software that could truly manage warehouse processes end-to-end.
Off-the-shelf solutions didn’t fit, so we built our own. That first version, designed to make one warehouse more efficient, became the foundation for what StoreFeeder is today, a leading warehouse and eCommerce management platform powering hundreds of warehouses, of all sizes, all over the UK.
Our mission has always been clear:
"To help entrepreneurs and business owners spend less time working in their business and more time working on it."
We do this by streamlining and automating manual processes, centralising workflows, and giving full visibility into stock, data, and operations.
What makes us different isn’t just the software, it’s the service. With one-to-one onboarding, dedicated ongoing ticket and telephone support, we ensure every customer feels supported at every step, and our outstanding 4.8 Trustpilot rating back that up.
But the story doesn’t stop here. eCommerce is changing faster than ever, and we’re moving with it.
From integrating with emerging marketplaces like TikTok and Temu, making sure warehouse operations are as accurate and efficient as possible, and exploring the possibilities of AI, our focus is always on helping businesses grow smarter, faster, and stronger.
We’ve come a long way since that first warehouse. And the best part? The most exciting chapters of our story are still to come.
