Who do you Trust(pilot)?

One thing that we are very proud of is our reviews. We have excellent ratings on Web retailer and TrustPilot. You would think that this would be cause for celebration. However, one of the most common questions we do see here is, “are your reviews real?”
We think the reason we see that question so often is that we don’t have any negative reviews. We don’t want any either, however, it does add balance. So, why do we do so well on those platforms? I think that we’ll have to go back to StoreFeeders’ roots to understand that.
When StoreFeeder was first launched one of the things the team here understood was that a platform like this one wasn’t just about software. Set up properly, StoreFeeder becomes a team member. Therefore I can never really be an out-of-the-box system, and as it becomes integral to the running of your business we have a duty of care to give you the best start we can give you.
So, we introduced the onboarding team. Their job is to hold the hands of new StoreFeeder subscribers and get them across the line with the platform. We are not elitists either, so StoreFeeder needs to be useable for all businesses regardless of their IT literacy. That is why our onboarding process has been developed to work for all levels of business and the team excels in patient guidance through the process enabling the customer and the onboarding tech to optimise StoreFeeder to best suit the needs of the business.
This process is the beginning of our team’s relationship with you the customer. This journey enables our customers to get a full understanding of how StoreFeeder works and we set StoreFeeder up to suit the business and deliver maximum value for money. When customers go live this experience fully integrates them with the system and they understand exactly how it works.
Following going live, we provide two weeks of early life support, where the onboarding tech is available to help with any hiccups or tasks that customers need help with. All of this contact gives our customers the comfort that we take our duty of care very seriously. We will often say that StoreFeeder becomes a member of your team, automating and picking up tasks that take time and can prove expensive. Also at first glance, most people would see StoreFeeder as a Software as a Service platform. Which, it sort of is, but due to the sheer amount of features the platform has and the intricacy of the set-up, person-to-person contact is essential.
We believe it’s that human touch, the duty of care and the understanding of the importance of getting it right, that generates those reviews. It may seem too good to be true, but we care and it shows in our interactions with our customers.
