What do you do at StoreFeeder?

I'm the work Mum to Kane, most things finance & I tend to get involved with customers if they are having payment issues & we tend to get them resolved pretty quickly.

What problem faced by eCommerce companies is it that you want to solve?
What are your past credentials?

Customer Service Administrator then promoted to Sales invoicing Clerk at a fulfilment house for 11 years, Assistant Secretary & Office Manager at a Golf Club for 4 years. AAT level 2&3.

How do you fit into the StoreFeeder make-up?

I am just myself and it seems to work. StoreFeeder has grown so much since I started 4.5 years ago & I have had the freedom to make the role my own and I have a great system gong with Andrea.

What do you like best about working at StoreFeeder?

Although I go to work to work, we do have a giggle as well, I genuinely like the people I work with. I also do have to say Andrea & Brian are very supportive because I do have 1 rule in life which is never work for terrible bosses.

What values drive you?

Honesty, being humble & a sense of humour.

Who’s your favourite band?

Morgan Heritage but to be fair depends on what mood I am in, now if you asked me my favourite artist it's got to be the Queen, Beyoncé.

Would you rather be on strictly come dancing or I'm a celebrity get me out of here? And why.

Mmmm my rhythm is questionable & I'm not an extrovert, I don't like people watching me but I'm up for the challenge & push my boundaries, I'll take Strictly over those eating challenges & spiders, but to fair I don't mind camping just not without a tent, but I have been known to get a bit hangry & no-one needs to see that, lol

What do you like to do when you’re not shoulder to the grindstone at StoreFeeder?

I am a mother of 3 & have an amazing hubby when I am not with my A Team, I like meeting up with my friends & family, I love watching movies & I like to go for long walks.
