The summer is upon us, and nothing says summer like ‘Meet our team’. So, without further ado, let’s meet one of StoreFeeder’s most seasoned campaigners; put your hands together for Jared Meakin.

What’s Your job title?
‍

A strange one as I’ve moved around a bit here and still look after other areas, but currently Account Manager

What do you do at StoreFeeder?  
‍

I’m the customer voice at StoreFeeder; I regularly speak with customers to pass over their ideas and feedback for the future of StoreFeeder the product.  I’m also doing the same with our UserVoice page and software updates.
‍

What problem faced by eCommerce companies is it that you want to solve?
‍

I just want to make things as reliable and user-friendly as possible so they can grow their business without worrying about the day-to-day.
‍

What are your past credentials? How do you fit into the StoreFeeder makeup? _
‍

I worked in warehouses when I was at college and then went on to be a programmer and provide support.  So, I’ve got a good grasp of what customers need and can translate that into features.  Again, I’m the customer’s voice when we discuss how new features are implemented.
‍

What do you like best about working at StoreFeeder?
‍

StoreFeeder is always looking out for both its customers and staff.  Everyone gets their say, and everything is considered.
‍

What is the primary benefit a company gets by signing up for StoreFeeder?
‍

A great support backbone and powerful features to take their business to the next level.
‍

What values drive you?
‍

For me, it’s all about the customer experience.  I’m very (sometimes too much) passionate about getting the right stuff out there and will fight tooth and nail for it.

Who’s your favourite band?
‍

A tough one for sure; I’m mainly DJs, but I would have to say The Prodigy is up there.
‍

If you could replace your legs with those of any animal, whose legs would you pick?  
‍

Probably my dog; he never gets tired!
‍

What is your favourite quote?
‍

Nothing profound, but it made me laugh when I heard, “Coffee is not my cup of tea.”
‍

What do you like to do when you’re not shoulder to the grindstone at StoreFeeder?
‍

I enjoy being outdoors, so running, walking, and camping are up there.  I’ll also dabble badly at paddleboarding.
