What’s your job title?

1^st Line Support Analyst

What do you do at StoreFeeder?

I support our customers with tickets and phone calls as the first point of contact when they get in touch. I’ll either resolve the queries myself or work with the rest of the support team to get a resolution.

What problem faced by eCommerce companies is it that you want to solve?

I’m new to eCommerce so that’s a tough question! I’d like to simplify the experience for our customers as much as possible, every site we integrate with has its own particular niches so it would be good to have more common ground.

What are your past credentials? How do you fit into the StoreFeeder makeup?

I come from a hospitality/customer service background, and I was really drawn by the passion that StoreFeeder has to give the best possible service to our customers. I’m also passionate about technology and I’m currently teaching myself to code so it was an easy choice.

What do you like best about working at StoreFeeder?

Every day is interesting, it’s my first role in a tech-focused company so I’m genuinely learning something new every day. This coupled with a really friendly and passionate team makes it a great place to come to work each day.

What is the primary benefit a company gets by signing up to StoreFeeder?

A really excellent system that helps business grow and automates so much of the processes involved.

What values drive you?

Honesty & integrity, being new to the role it’s important for me to be honest if I need help with something.

Who’s your favourite band?

A tough choice between One Republic & the Killers, I’m lucky enough to have seen them both live!

If you were famous for one thing, what would it be?

I’ve been on a few challenging adventure expeditions to Armenia, Nepal, and South Africa so probably something to do with exploring countries or places off the beaten track.

What do you like to do when you’re not shoulder to the grindstone at StoreFeeder?

I’m getting married next year in Cyprus so currently looking at getting everything booked, I love spending time with my fiancée exploring new places. I’m currently learning to code which is taking up a lot of my time, I’m also a member of my local Karate club and I volunteer with my local Scout troop when I get the chance!
