Welcome to the latest Release Updates post.
April's updates focused on a lot of background work, bug fixes and StoreFeeder focused feature releases - some Spring cleaning if you will. And much like the season I hope the sun being in the sky has put a spring in all of your steps, I know it has for me!
As per usual, our developers have been working hard to bring you an exciting update this month. There has been a lot of work in the background (which you can read about here) but there have been some great updates and new features released this past month, the highlights of which are below:
Channel Handling Time

Amazon orders are imported into StoreFeeder with a "ship by" date which is very handy for making sure SLA's are met both with Amazon's VTR metrics and your own companies standards as well. It's also possible to get a ship by date on some other channels by entering handling times on an individual listing basis but we've now added a field to each integration's settings page that will allow you to set a default handling time (in days), so that any orders that are imported without handling time against the listing can be given one upon being brought in to StoreFeeder. This is especially useful for things such as custom integration's which it was previously impossible to set ship by dates on orders that came in from them.
You can find the "Handling Time in Days" field under the Order Processing section of any of your integrations (apart from Amazon) as shown below:

And just like that, every order that imports from the channel, without a handling time, will be assigned one and as such will have a ship by date given to it. This means that you can filter by "Ship by Date" during pickwave creation to best prioritise what needs to go out and when.
Order Change Log - Product Line Changes
A very simple yet very useful change here. It's often been asked of us if we can find out which user made changes to an order, usually for the purposes of resolving a customer service query, it's hard to know why a change was made or who to ask about it if no notes were left on it after all! So we've added some extra logging to the audit trail page on each of your orders; any changes to the following fields on an order will now be logged with the user that made the change and when the change occurred:
- Add / remove product line
- Price
- Discount
- Quantity
Multi-Page Selection on Purchase Order Creation
In terms of purchase order creation, our requisitions feature does an absolutely stellar job in making raising purchase a breeze, so if you haven't checked that out you certainly should.
When you manually raise purchase orders or even add to requisition raised PO's, there's was small inefficiency prior to this update that, whilst small, added up in time taken to raise purchase orders. To help make the creation of purchase orders a breeze we've made it so that selected items carry across pages, and by that I mean that checkboxes selected on page 1 wont be unchecked when you move on to page 2. Hopefully this quality of life update makes raising manual purchase orders much easier.
Finally….
There have been some great new features and fixes implemented in this last month's release's and we hope you find them useful in one way or another.
As always we’ll keep working hard to provide you with the best service we can.
From all of us here at StoreFeeder, happy selling.
