1st Line Support Analyst

What do you do at StoreFeeder?

I support our customers with tickets and phone calls as the first point of contact when they get in touch. I’ll either resolve the queries myself or work with the rest of the support team to come to the best resolution. As well as working alongside Click and Drop & Channel Shipper to make sure all runs smoothly.

What problem faced by eCommerce companies is it that you want to solve?

To make it so customers are able to integrate with eCommerce companies with ease, they all have their own set of rules and challenges which makes this tough, making it all the more satisfying when we crack something.

What are your past credentials? How do you fit into the StoreFeeder make-up?

I worked at Curry's Pc world working as an IT Technician/Customer Service team leader, moving over to StoreFeeder was something I was drawn to for the aspect of great customer service they offer as well as being a tech-heavy company which I've always been interested in.

What do you like best about working at StoreFeeder?

One day is never the same as the next, I'm constantly learning new things every day and picking up new skills - This mixed with the friendly, knowledgeable team, makes it all the better to learn.

What is the primary benefit a company gets by signing up for StoreFeeder?

What do you like to do when you’re not shoulder to the grindstone at StoreFeeder?

I love gaming, there is nothing better than delving deep into a story in a game & Spending time with the dog, curled up with a good true crime book. I also do a lot of charity work for the Poppy Appeal as part of the RBLR.
