Meet Our Team

31st March 2022

We continue our blog series that focusses on our team and how they help our customers and what they get up to when they are not blazing the eCommerce trail at StoreFeeder Towers. This week it’s our business development manager Daniel Roper. Let’s go!

What’s Your name and job title?

Daniel Roper / Business Development Manager

What do you do at StoreFeeder?

My main tasks is to identify businesses  that could benefit the functionality that StoreFeeder has to offer. It’s our goal to help them optimise their operations and grow their business.

What problem, faced by eCommerce companies is it that you want to solve?

The efficient central management of inventory, listings and warehousing to improve their overall order processing to enable them to focus on growing their business. The number one challenge new customers tell me about is the accurate management of their inventory.

What are your past credentials? How do you fit into the StoreFeeder make-up?

Over a decade of experience working with customers to help them overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

What do you like best about working at StoreFeeder?

Working with such a friendly and dedicated team, with a support culture that’s driven from the top. It is also great to start working with a new customer that has numerous challenges related to order processing and inventory management, to then see them overcome these with the help of StoreFeeder to concentrate on other areas of their business.

In your opinion, what is the major benefit, a company gets by signing up to StoreFeeder?

From their initial enquiry, they will speak to someone who wants to understand their challenges and the goals they are trying to achieve. From there, they will be assigned an onboarding specialist to assist with setup & training. After which they have access to a dedicated & knowledgeable support team.

What values drive you?

Passion, optimism and positivity

Who’s your favourite band?

It seems to change weekly despite not enjoying anything since the 90s, but I guess I’d have to say, Oasis.

In a fight, who would win, a baboon or a badger?

Easy one, the baboon

What is your favourite quote?

I don’t like quotes; I find most of them quite cheesy (is that a quote in itself?).

When you’re not shoulder to the grindstone at StoreFeeder, what do you like to do?

My biggest passion is food, be it cooking it, dining out, reading about it, etc. A bit cliché, but I do love spending time with friends and family, mainly at the pub, as well as watching The Rams play.

Meet our team will return.
